A peculiar incident of fly-tipping has captured attention in Southend, Essex, where an individual dressed in a vibrant purple T. rex costume was filmed illicitly discarding rubbish on a residential street. The unusual sight shows the costumed figure cautiously surveying traffic before crossing a road.
Footage obtained by Millenium TV shows the prehistoric-looking character glancing around the area before proceeding to toss two black bin bags onto the ground next to a large waste bin. The incident unfolded just before 9:30 PM GMT on Tuesday evening, captured on a local resident’s private security camera.
Despite the clear evidence, officials with the city council have indicated that they have not yet received any formal reports concerning this particular fly-tipping event, Millenium TV has learned.
