Mexico’s Sheinbaum Criticizes US Oil Blockade on Cuba, Highlights Impact on Cuban People

Mexico’s Head of Government, Claudia Sheinbaum, has publicly condemned the United States’ decision to cut off oil supplies to Cuba, saying the move adversely affects Cuban citizens — the very people the US claims it aims to help. This latest development in US-Cuba relations is seen as part of the broader continued economic sanctions that Washington has imposed on Havana.
